If you are experiencing an issue where you can not access the color dropper outside of KeyShot using your MAC, this is a work around to get this resolved.
- First access security and privacy, once there you will navigate to Screen record and then the Privacy tab.
- Once here you will see the option to add KeyShot to the privacy settings, make sure KeyShot is checked and save any changes.
You will then be able to access KeyShot and use the color dropper outside of KeyShot.
