Messed up Normals Pass : KeyShot

Not sure what's happening here, but rendered on 11.1 CPU mode PSD32 and the Normals pass is not usable. There's a bit of blue and red here but not where it should be and not enough. I assume something

's not working right?

Do you experience this with all scenes or this particular one?

If possible, please provide a copy of the scene in as a .ksp file along with your render settings to our team at support@luxion.com.

To save a ksp file:

Open your scene.
Go to File > Save Package.
Name your file.
Include Ticket number.

You may send it securely via our WeTransfer

You are able to check the status of your ticket by visiting your ticket portal by clicking here.

We would recommend bookmarking the page as you can also see if any responses were sent to you or notes applied.

Hi Erik,

Sorry, I missed your response here. Been a bit too busy to follow up. No, this wasn't my scene, so I can't provide it. I was just sent it by someone asking for help and I noticed it was acting oddly.
