if I have a large scene, in GPU mode when I delete an item I have to wait 2 mins for it to delete.. if I just hide then much faster. is this a known issue? thanks
Typically when you delete an item from the scene KeyShot will have to recalculate the lighting, shadows scene information etc.
with large scenes this can take a bit of time.
You can always send your scene over if you feel this needs to be looked at further but typically the scene recalculating the information is what will take time to process.

Hello Rich,
When you hide an object within the scene it is still in the scene tree hierarchy there for a lot of the recalculating does not have to be done.
Removing it has changed the data within the file and will then have to be recalculated.
