New Support Portal

We have moved our Support page (help.keyshot.com) to a new service. The URL help.keyshot.com will remain the correct location for bookmarks.


We are making the the switch in order to add some new features which should assist people seeking support:


  • You can now create and track support tickets use the [New Support Ticket] and [Check Ticket Status] links at the top off the page
  • The Official Support forums under the [Forums] tab will be tracked for resolution/status, the same as other type is support tickets.
    • Note we will still monitor the Community forums for discussion and feedback but if you need official help from our Support team, please use the Forum link.
  • The existing Support section in the Community forum will soon re-direct to the Official Support.
  • An improved search engine means questions will now search all the content posted in the Support portal, such as Webinars and Quick Tip.

In addition, there are a number of other features the new system provides that we will be turning on over the coming months.
